Jamaican Black Castor Oil Challenge: Before and After Pictures (PHOTOS)

The hair challenge that I started back in July of 2012 has ended. I wanted to write a post to show you some progress photos. I was hoping for 4″ of hair in six months, but I only got 3-3/4″ of hair, which I am very happy with. My hair was about 3 inches long in the pictures on the left ( July 11, 2012),  and 6-3/4 long on the pictures on the right (January 16, 2013). From my scalp to my ear’s piercing (top left) it is 3″, and from my scalp to below the tip of my nose (bottom right)  it is almost 7″. I have a big forehead, as you can see:-)
I do believe that Jamaican Black Castor Oil does speed up the growth stage/cycle. I do not know what’s in it exactly that makes that happen, but I am glad I got to try it. And it worked!!

Hi Jackie,I use TROPIC ISLE LIVING JAMAICAN BLACK CASTOR OIL. You can buy it at Amazon.com or your local beauty supply store if they have it. Lavender tends to thicken the hair. If you don't have thin hair, I don't think this is a great combination.
